Salary:

?30,000 - ?45,000 per month + Commissions & Performance Bonuses

We are looking for an

experienced and driven Business Development Manager

to lead our B2B alliances, international tie-ups, and training partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Develop partnerships with

immigration consultants, study abroad agents, coaching institutes, language trainers, and travel companies

. Drive

outsourcing collaborations

where Kompass manages training/visa processes while partners handle clients. Generate leads via

LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and networking events

. Prepare and deliver

business proposals & presentations

to potential partners. Manage and update

CRM systems

for tracking pipelines and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

smooth onboarding and partner success

. Explore

domestic & international markets

for growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile



We are seeking candidates who bring

stability, experience, and a proven sales record

:

Minimum

3-5 years in B2B Sales, Alliances, or Business Development

(immigration, education, training, or travel background preferred) Strong

negotiation, presentation, and networking

skills Proficient in

LinkedIn outreach, CRM, and email campaigns

Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with

domestic/international travel

Excellent

spoken & written English

; additional languages are a plus Candidates looking for

long-term career growth
