Having received the prestigious Corporate Agency license from IRDA in December 2022, the company represents over 27 insurance providers across Life, Health, and Non-Life domains, and is now expanding its footprint further.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create sustainable business growth by recruiting, onboarding, and developing agents. Recruit, train, and manage team managers; monitor their performance to ensure sales goals are achieved. Train and mentor agents to sell SME (Non-Motor) insurance products effectively. Drive team productivity through clear target setting and continuous performance monitoring. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, channel partners, and customers. Plan and supervise team activities to ensure effective lead generation and sales execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification). Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in the Health Insurance or General Insurance domain. Hands-on experience with

Marine, Fire, EAR, CAR, Cyber Security

, and other Non-Motor Insurance products.

Key Skills:

Strong leadership, networking, and team management skills. Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and coach sales agents. Excellent field coaching and training capabilities. High result orientation and expertise in SME/General Insurance (Non-Motor).
