We are looking for a dynamic & result-oriented Business Development Manager with expertise in Rewards and Loyalty Programs, particularly from the BFSI space. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven experience in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BFSI & any other relevant sector for Rewards & Loyalty solutions.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships with banks, NBFCs, and large corporates with significant employee bases.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets & market expansion.
-Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored loyalty and engagement programs.
-Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the loyalty domain.
-Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, respond to RFPs, and conduct strong follow-ups to secure new business opportunities.
-Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability & client satisfaction.
-Work closely with management & internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements
-Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Rewards, or Loyalty Programs.
-Strong understanding of the BFSI domain and customer engagement trends.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
-Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
-Prior experience in Reward & Loyalty program design and execution.
-Exposure to digital transformation, fintech, and CRM solutions.
-Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs.
