The Game Plan: Your Role as a Business Development Manager
This is a full-throttle, hands-on role for a Sales Superstar who wants to own the entire journey of a padel court, from the first hello to the final serve. You'll be the hustler, the closer, and the relationship guru all in one, helping us make padel a household name.
Here's what your day-to-day looks like:
Hunt for Gold:
Discover and close deals for new Sky Padel Court installations across India.
Be the Point Person:
Own the entire sales cycle, from the initial coffee chat to the final court delivery.
Become a Relationship Rockstar:
You'll be the go-to person for everything padel.
Work Your Magic:
Craft proposals and presentations that are so good they basically close the deal.
Coordinate Like a Pro:
Work closely with our teams and vendors to make every project run smoothly.
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
Keep a finger on the pulse of the market, spotting new trends!
Strategize to Win:
Develop and implement sales strategies that crush targets and fuel our growth.
Who Are We Looking For?
You've got a bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
