We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/Executive with 2-6 years of experience to help expand our business in existing and new markets. The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, onboarding clients, building strong relationships, negotiating deals, and developing strategic growth plans. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to implement campaigns, track performance, analyze sales data, and create reports for senior management. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask, make informed decisions, and think strategically. A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) is required, along with proficiency in IT tools and a proactive approach to achieving targets. This is a full-time, permanent position offering monthly incentives for target completion and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth.
