Kompass Immigration & Education (est. 2013) is a fast-growing overseas education and immigration consultancy with offices in India, UAE, and Australia. We work with top destinations including Australia, Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, and more.
We are expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B alliances, global tie-ups, and training partnerships.
Responsibilities
Build partnerships with immigration consultants, study abroad agents, IELTS/PTE/French/German trainers, travel companies, and coaching institutes.
Develop outsourcing collaborations where Kompass manages visas and training while partners focus on clients.
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and events.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and manage CRM for tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner success.
Explore domestic and international markets for business growth.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, business development, or alliances (immigration, education, training, or travel background preferred)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills
Proficient in LinkedIn, CRM, and email campaigns
Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel within India and abroad
Fluent in English
