Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of branding/design services, and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Effectively

explain company services

to potential clients and address their queries.

Communicate with clients

in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Monitor project delivery status

by coordinating with designers and the team.

Handle customer interactions

to build strong and long-term business relationships.

Share portfolios

and relevant case studies with clients to showcase our work.

Arrange meetings

and facilitate discussions for business agreements and partnerships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and market research. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Develop and deliver effective pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients. Understand client needs and collaborate with the design/branding team to provide tailored solutions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Track, manage, and report sales pipeline activities using CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to strategize effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Strong

English communication skills

(verbal and written). Ability to

build and maintain relationships

with clients. Basic knowledge of

project coordination

and status tracking. Strong

negotiation and presentation skills

. Ability to

work independently

and as part of a team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in a creative/design/marketing agency. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of branding, marketing, or digital design services will be an added advantage.
