Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project delivery status
by coordinating with designers and the team.
Handle customer interactions
to build strong and long-term business relationships.
Share portfolios
and relevant case studies with clients to showcase our work.
Arrange meetings
and facilitate discussions for business agreements and partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and market research.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Develop and deliver effective pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and collaborate with the design/branding team to provide tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Track, manage, and report sales pipeline activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to strategize effectively.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of branding, marketing, or digital design services will be an added advantage.
