Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, consultants, and end clients. Handle field sales activities including client meetings, product presentations, and site visits. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate kitchen equipment solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals. Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams for smooth execution of orders. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data, pipeline status, and reports. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage field sales and handle large accounts. Proven leadership and team management skills. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.

Qualification:



MBA in Sales & Marketing / Graduate with relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
