We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with 5-8 years of proven experience in driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing business opportunities. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA degree and possess expertise in Salesforce, E-commerce, DevOps, Web Applications and Websites, Mobile Applications, CRM, and ITSM Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted domains including Salesforce, E-commerce, DevOps, Web and Mobile Applications, CRM, and ITSM solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, respond to RFPs, and present solutions tailored to client needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage post-sales client engagement.
Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Qualifications
MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (mandatory).
5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the technology domain.
Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of Salesforce, E-commerce platforms, DevOps practices, Web and Mobile development, CRM systems, and ITSM solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
