To drive growth and visibility of the Sri Sri Wellbeing Center through strategic sales and

marketing initiatives, partnerships, and customer engagement. The role requires a deep

understanding of wellness services, customer behaviour, and local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation:

? Set and achieve monthly revenue and footfall targets.

? Promote memberships, therapy packages, and wellness programs through consultative

selling.

? Identify and convert leads from inquiries, walk-ins, social media, and external tie-ups.

? Create and track conversion funnels and performance KPIs.

? Plan special promotions and offers during festivals or lean periods to boost sales.

? Outdoor activities including Nadi Pariksha & dry Treatment camps.

? Establishing Doctor Tieups.

Marketing & Branding:

? Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for center visibility and

service promotion.

? Plan, coordinate, and implement campaigns for wellness packages, therapies,

workshops, camps, and seasonal offerings.

? Handle all digital marketing efforts: social media, email campaigns, SEO, Google

Ads, and website updates.

? Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communication and marketing material.

? Monitor market trends and competitor activities; recommend strategies for

positioning.

Client Relations & Retention:

? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and repeat

visits.

? Design client engagement programs like loyalty benefits, follow-ups, wellness

education, and feedback systems.

? Supervise timely and quality communication with leads and clients.

Partnerships & Outreach:

? Build partnerships with corporates, residential communities, yoga centers, fitness

clubs, schools, etc., for camps and collaborations.

? Organize health talks, eye checkups, and Nadi Pariksha camps as part of outreach.

? Represent the center at wellness expos, local events, and trade shows.

Team Coordination & Reporting:

? Work closely with the front desk & therapists team for smooth implementation of

sales plans.

? Train front desk/tele-callers on pitch, lead handling, and conversion.

? Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Head Office with sales data, campaign

performance, lead status, and growth strategies.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English + local language).

? Creative mindset with hands-on experience in content creation and digital tools.

? High ownership and result-oriented approach.

? Client-centric and empathetic attitude.

? Knowledge or interest in Ayurveda/wellbeing is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Wellness

Management.

? 2-5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in wellness, healthcare,

hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

? Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and MS Office.

Performance Indicators:

? Monthly sales and footfall achievement.

? Client retention and satisfaction rate.

? Lead conversion ratio.

? Growth in digital engagement and outreach activities.

? Number of successful tie-ups and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
