We are looking for an outcome-driven, self-starter with a passion for solution selling and a desire to contribute to B2B sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with core target audience, including CXOs, Head HRs, and L&D Heads, as part of sales and marketing strategy. Achieve lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and expand network within these organizations. Manage a schedule to secure approximately 20-25 meetings per month with prospective clients. Understand client needs and effectively demonstrate how the company can fulfill their learning objectives. Conduct compelling online demos to showcase offerings and address customer requirements. Create and deliver impressive client pitches that highlight the brand's unique and premium position in the corporate education market. Proactively nurture client relationships to build trust, generate new business opportunities, and close deals.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales is essential. Proficiency in using lead management and CRM tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation and influencing abilities. Proven capability to engage and build rapport with senior management. A strong research-oriented mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to meet customer needs.
