Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand

sales channels

across dealers, distributors, and project customers. Build, train, and manage an

inside sales and channel sales team

to drive revenue. Implement

structured SOPs

( Dealer management processes). Ensure

business development through dealer/distributor onboarding, training, and engagement

. Drive

lead generation, nurturing, and conversion

through coordinated efforts with the marketing team. Conduct regular

market visits

Establish

monthly/quarterly sales targets

and ensure achievement. Monitor and enhance the

customer buying experience

through prompt service and relationship management. Leverage

CRM tools

for lead funnel tracking, pipeline visibility, and reporting. Present periodic

sales performance insights and business growth strategies

to management.

Required Candidate Profile

8+ years of sales experience

in electrical / building material / hardware / consumer durable industry. Strong knowledge of

dealer, distributor, and project sales models

. Prior

team handling experience

is an advantage. Exposure to

CRM tools and funnel management

preferred. Strong

negotiation, relationship management, and market development skills

. Should be self-driven with the ability to

set up and scale sales processes

.
