Kompass Immigration & Education (founded 2013, offices in India, UAE & Australia) is a trusted name in immigration & overseas education services for Australia, Canada, USA, UK, UAE, New Zealand, Ireland & Singapore.
We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B alliances, international outreach & training partnerships.
What You'll Do
:
Build partnerships with immigration consultants, study abroad agents, IELTS/PTE/French/German trainers, travel companies and career coaching centres.
Develop outsourcing collaborations where Kompass manages visa & training services, partners focus on clients.
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars and events.
Build strong client relationships in India & abroad.
Conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations.
Manage CRM to track leads and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (processing, marketing, legal) to ensure partner success.
What We Offer:
Fixed pay ?25,000 - ?45,000 + commissions, performance bonuses and yearly incentives.

Who We're Looking For:
3+ years in B2B sales/alliances/business development (immigration, education, training, travel background preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM and email platforms.
Proactive, target-driven, able to work independently.
Willing to travel (India & abroad).
Fluent in English.
