Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth and expansion in our heavy fabrication and heavy machining business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy fabrication and heavy machining industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution. Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects. Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the heavy fabrication and heavy machining industry. Strong understanding of the industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
