Job Purpose
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
o Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company
services.
o Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
o Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management:
o Travel as necessary to meet clients and build strong relationships.
o Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
o Provide updates on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
o Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing Support:
o Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns to generate leads and maintain
client engagement.
o Meet clients for testimonials and feedback to improve service offerings.
o Assist the marketing team with business development activities.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
o Stay updated on the company's products/services and the competitive
landscape.
o Identify business opportunities through online research, inbound inquiries, and
outbound calls.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
? Proven experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer service
roles.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
over the phone and in-person.
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of exceeding sales quotas.
? Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
? Excellent communication is a must
