results-driven Business Development Manager

to lead revenue generation and scale brand partnerships across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & develop new opportunities for print, digital, and event sponsorships Pitch tailored media packages to brands, agencies, and corporates Build & manage strong client relationships Align sales with editorial & marketing for integrated campaigns Research trends, competitors, and new market segments Craft and present customized proposals and pitches Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines Represent Just Urbane at events, trade shows, and networking meets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields 5-10 years of experience in media sales, events or advertising Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Knowledge of media buying and branded content Self-motivated and target-focused Proficiency in CRM tools

Must Have:

Established network in advertising or brand marketing Experience with tech, lifestyle, fashion, or niche media Understanding of digital performance metrics (CTR, engagement, impressions)
