Urgent hiring for the post Business Development Manager for Mumbai (Lower Parel) - Location (We are looking someone with experience from same industry).

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Role & Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of personal as well as team sales targets and overall business growth.
Build and lead the Business Development team from scratch, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Conduct cold calling, client meetings, proposal pitching, negotiation, and closing of deals independently.
Support team members in achieving their targets by guiding, mentoring, and assisting in client handling when required.
Monitor and review team performance regularly and take corrective actions as needed.
Ensure timely follow-up and payment collection from clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Competencies:
Proven track record in business development or sales leadership roles.
Experience in handling end-to-end sales processes, including cold calling and closing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus.
