to lead and expand our EV Charging Station (EVCS) and Solar Project sales across Kerala and neighbouring regions. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in
B2B/B2C technical sales, site visit coordination, target achievement, and market development
in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement regional sales strategies for EV Charging and Solar Projects
Achieve monthly/quarterly
sales targets and revenue goals
Expand business through direct client acquisition, channel development, and dealership partnerships
2. Lead Management & Client Handling
Identify, generate, and follow up on B2B/B2C leads via field visits, online platforms, and referrals
Conduct
regular site visits
, client inspections, and project feasibility assessments
Attend client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and tender discussions
3. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team
Train junior staff to improve their technical and sales capability
Support field executives and coordinate team schedules and site visits
4. Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, market trends, and client feedback
Work closely with the technical/installation team to ensure smooth and timely project execution
Maintain accurate CRM, sales funnel, proposal documentation, and follow-up record
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience:
Minimum
2 years
in technical or infrastructure sales
Prior experience in
Solar/EV Industrial Projects
preferred
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of renewable energy technologies and government policies
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
Fluency in Malayalam and English
Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory
