Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify, evaluate, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Business Development Executives
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and sales forecasts
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align offerings with market needs
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings
Required Skills
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strategic thinking with result-oriented execution
Experience in team handling and target-based sales environments
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
2-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
Experience in IT, Sale, construction, or services industry is an advantage
