Business Development Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to strategic business planning.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Present company products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and high customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business forums
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
