Infinity Learning Lab is looking for an energetic and result-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to lead our outreach and marketing initiatives in the education sector. The role focuses on promoting

AI & Robotics learning programs

across schools and institutions, building strong partnerships, and driving admissions for our STEM-based courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

school visits and presentations

to introduce

AI, Robotics & Coding syllabus integration

. Build and maintain strong

relationships with school management, educators, and stakeholders

. Develop and execute

marketing campaigns and admission drives

to increase enrollments. Identify potential institutional collaborations and partnership opportunities. Represent the institute at

events, exhibitions, and education fairs

. Work closely with the academic and management teams to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Prepare and maintain reports on visits, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

. Minimum

2 years of experience

in educational or institutional marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to

travel for school campaigns and client meetings

. Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented approach. Knowledge of digital and social media marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
