Job Description

The

Business Development Manager

will be responsible for driving the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role demands a proactive individual who can understand clients' marketing needs, propose creative advertising solutions, and work closely with the internal creative, digital, and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition



Identify, research, and approach potential clients across industries. Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients. Prepare and present compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client objectives. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

2. Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Understand client goals, challenges, and market positioning to offer effective advertising and marketing solutions. Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

3. Strategic Planning & Market Research



Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to develop innovative campaign ideas. Provide insights and feedback to management to refine the agency's services and market approach.

4. Collaboration & Coordination



Work closely with the design, video, motion graphics, and digital marketing teams to align deliverables with client expectations. Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance proposal quality and campaign effectiveness. Ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in an advertising or marketing agency). Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and advertising services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills



Experience with social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital ad campaigns. Strong network within relevant industries. Creative thinking with a solid understanding of marketing trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Monthly/Quarterly revenue targets achieved. Number of new clients acquired. Client retention rate. Value of new business generated. Client satisfaction and campaign success rates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
