The Business Development Manager - Marketing is responsible for promoting the institution's programs by conducting marketing activities, building partnerships, and organizing orientation sessions at schools and colleges. The role requires frequent visits to educational institutions to create brand awareness and drive student admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools and colleges to
conduct orientation sessions and awareness programs
about the institution's courses and career opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school and college management for future collaborations.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through institutional tie-ups and referral networks.
Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in educational fairs, events, and seminars to promote programs.
Maintain records of visits, leads, and follow-ups, and prepare periodic reports.
Support digital and offline promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or the education industry.
Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently to schools and colleges.
