Sales Manager Department: Sales Reports To: Senior Sales Manager / Director Job Role Summary: As a Sales Manager at Scott Lumin KYK, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base by promoting and selling our products and services to potential clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and maximize revenue growth. Responsibilities Deliverable: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies: Should develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth. 2. Manage the sales team: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. This includes hiring, training, and coaching sales staff. 3. Maintain customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and requirements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Identify new business opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as new markets, customers, and products or services. 5. Collaborate with other departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and achieve common business objectives. 6. Report to senior management: Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
