Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at exceeding business goals and driving revenue growth. \xc2\xb7 Foster strong relationships and collaborate with overseas education consultants to expand our market presence and increase customer acquisition. \xc2\xb7 Develop a comprehensive business plan that encompasses sales, revenue targets, and expense controls. \xc2\xb7 Achieve and exceed planned sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance to the management. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to generate leads, convert leads into viable sales opportunities, and drive revenue. \xc2\xb7 Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, addressing client needs, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. \xc2\xb7 Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our offerings to potential clients. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts for optimal business outcomes. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business development or sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the forex and remittance industry catering to students. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of remittance products and services targeting student customers. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborators. \xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, while also being an effective team player. \xc2\xb7 Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales scenarios. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software to manage sales activities efficiently. \xc2\xb7 If you are a motivated and seasoned professional with a passion for driving revenue growth and expanding market share, we invite you to apply.
