Job Title: Business Development Manager

- FMCG (Ice Cream Category)

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion of our Ice Cream brand across Maharashtra and Goa. If you're a sales-driven professional with a passion for the FMCG industry, particularly in the Ice Cream category, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



1. Retail Operations: Oversee retail operations, analyze sales performance, and suggest improvements to drive business growth.

2. Channel Development: Expand distribution channels, onboard new resellers and dealers, and support logistics and supply chain planning.

3. Marketing & Branding: Collaborate with the internal marketing team to implement campaigns, monitor competitors' activities, and organize events to boost brand visibility.

4. Reporting & Strategy: Prepare business development reports, provide sales forecasts, and analyze data to drive decision-making.

5. Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

7. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

8. Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

9. Inventory Management: Ensure efficient inventory management practices, including monitoring stock levels, managing inventory turnover, and minimizing waste.

10. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, products, and partnerships, and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.

Key Requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, business development, or retail management, preferably in the Ice Cream or Frozen Food category

- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding distribution channels

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

- Familiarity with Maharashtra and Goa markets is an advantage

- Willingness to travel extensively
