Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Drive B2B sales of mobile phones, accessories, and technology products through dealer and retail channels.
Identify, onboard, and activate new retail partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Channel & Partner Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, resellers, and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to assess partner performance and ensure optimal product availability.
Sales, Collection, Train and guide retail partners on new launches, schemes, and selling techniques.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales performance, partner-wise billing, and market trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for management review.
Maintain data on partner investments, outstanding payments, and credit exposure.
Retail Excellence:
Monitor stock hygiene, sell-out movement, and product visibility at the counter.
Plan retailer engagement programs, demos, and product trainings.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Experience:
1-3years in B2B sales, preferably in mobile distribution, consumer electronics, or tech products.
Experience in handling retail/channel partners in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, sales and market analytics.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and field-ready.
