Job Summary
AFRA INDIA is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new sales opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts
Required Qualifications & Skills
Any degree
Experienced and Freshers can also apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand technical roofing products and solutions
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Experience

Existing network of contractors, developers, and architects is an advantage
