Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Business Development Manager

to manage the

end-to-end business development operations

of the company.

The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing business growth strategies, handling key partnerships, and leading a team of

Business Development Executives (BDEs)

to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities :



Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth. Identify new business opportunities, markets, institutions, sub-agents, and partnerships. Manage the complete business development lifecycle--from lead generation to conversion and relationship management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student demand to align business strategies.

Team Management & Leadership :



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives. Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely achievement of individual and team goals. Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations. Ensure discipline, productivity, and alignment with company objectives.

Partnerships & Networking :



Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, sub-agents, schools, and corporate partners. Represent the company in seminars, expos, school visits, and promotional events. Negotiate and finalize agreements and MOUs in coordination with management.

Sales & Revenue Growth :



Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Oversee lead management, follow-ups, conversions, and reporting. Work closely with counseling, visa, and operations teams to ensure smooth student processing and high satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination :



Prepare and submit regular performance reports, market insights, and business forecasts to management. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards.

Required Skills :



Minimum

4-7 years of experience

in business development, preferably in

overseas education / study abroad consultancy

. Proven experience in

handling a team

and managing end-to-end business operations. Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities. Valid driving license .

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
