Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for sourcing quality business, achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and expanding KIDCO's financial services across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field activities, referrals, and marketing leads
Promote KIDCO financial products such as loans, deposits, insurance, and allied services
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and local business partners
Coordinate with branch staff for smooth processing of applications
Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and policy adherence
Submit daily activity reports, business updates, and MIS
Support branch growth initiatives and marketing campaigns
Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 1-5 years in banking, NBFC, cooperative society, or financial sales
Freshers with strong sales attitude may also apply
Two-wheeler mandatory; field work involved
