Role Summary



We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven

BDM

to lead strategic collaborations and on-ground marketing initiatives across Kerala. The role focuses on building strong institutional relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and driving outreach efforts through partnerships, events, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and community organisations Coordinate with professional bodies, associations, and organisational networks for outreach and collaborations Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence in the market Plan and conduct small-scale events, meetings, and promotional activities as part of outreach initiatives Represent the brand professionally in external meetings, partner discussions, and public engagements Track partnership performance and prepare periodic reports and updates for internal stakeholders Work closely with internal teams to align partnerships with overall marketing and business goals

Candidate Requirements



2-5 years of experience in Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, or a similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously Willingness to travel across Kerala for meetings, events, and outreach activities Background in finance, banking, or consumer product marketing is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
