job description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in technology-related sales. The candidate must be capable of handling high-ticket sales and closing deals independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Handle end-to-end sales process including lead conversion and deal closure
Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in technology / IT / software sales
Strong high-ticket closing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month
Attractive commission on sales (performance-based)
