Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for upskilling and certification programs.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/admission counselors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
Generate leads through online/offline channels, partnerships, and outreach activities.
Conduct counseling sessions, presentations, and product demos for potential learners.
Build strong relationships with students, professionals, corporate clients, and academic partners.
Analyze sales performance, and implement improvement plans.
Ensure the team follows sales processes, CRM discipline, and daily reporting.
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and product teams for campaign alignment and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1- 2 years of sales/business development experience
, preferably in EdTech, training institutes, or learning & development sectors.
Proven experience
achieving monthly sales targets

Experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
