Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Business Development Manager - Software Sales to drive growth, mentor a dynamic sales team and help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of software sales executives to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Track team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Requirements

Minimum

2+ years of proven experience in software sales

Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of software solutions or IT services. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
