Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, creating and implementing business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organisational goals. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations for growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Identifying Growth Opportunities
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge and passion for Indian classical arts or cultural industries is a plus
A bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
The ability to manage goals independently with a proactive and solution-driven approach
