We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
sales and marketing
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team.
Develop and execute business growth strategies within the EdTech sector
Identify and pursue new institutional, corporate, and individual client opportunities
Monitor and manage the full sales funnel--from lead generation to onboarding
Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure team productivity
Provide training and support to BDEs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and pitching
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training partners, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized learning solutions
Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report progress to senior management
Represent the company at educational events, seminars, and exhibitions
Stay updated with EdTech trends, competitor activities, and market demands
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in sales or marketing, preferably in the
education industry
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to plan and execute local marketing campaigns effectively.

What We Offer:
Salary 18,000 - 25,000 + incentives.
Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement.
