Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the travel and MICE sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and travel partners.
Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Present customized travel solutions, MICE plans, and proposals to clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Coordinate with operations, tours, and MICE teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to generate leads.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Bachelor's degree (minimum required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and client interactions.
