We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferably FMCG), with the capability to form and head a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence across Kerala
Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team
Strengthen client and retailer relationships to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand development
Requirements:
MBA/BBA qualification preferred
2-3 years' experience in marketing/sales (FMCG background desirable)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and analytical thinking
Passionate, self-driven, and results-oriented
