Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with

2-3 years of experience

to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's overall growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships. If you've worked in credit card,FMCG , Eureka Forbes ,Tiles, Solar Product Sales ,Chanenel sale or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and expand inverter dealership network Identify and onboard new dealers Achive monthly sales target Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand clients' needs and propose suitable products/services to meet their business objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2-3 years of experience

in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Profile:



Excellent communication & negotiation skills Result -oriented mindset Willingness to Travel and achieve targets. Experience in B2B sales or industry-specific business development (you can specify sector if needed). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
