Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and partner organizations.
Market Research:
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop strategies to increase patient inflow and promote wellness packages.
Event Coordination:
Organize promotional events, health camps, and wellness seminars to attract new clients.
Digital Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns on social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, targets, and market feedback for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry).
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
Negotiation Skills:
Ability to close deals and manage partnerships effectively.
Networking:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
