The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the institute's reach, improving revenue streams, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders such as students, corporate clients, academic partners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with the institute's goals.
Identify new market opportunities, target audiences, and partnership channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
Drive student admissions or client acquisition for programs and courses.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote programs.
Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams on digital and offline campaigns.
Set and achieve KPIs (enrollments, revenue, partnerships, etc.).
Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
Enhance the institute's visibility and reputation in relevant markets.
