Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and institutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Track and analyse sales metrics using CRM tools to optimise performance.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Business Development or Sales (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or related industries).
Strong understanding of B2B and institutional sales processes.
Proficiency in
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
