Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and target markets for our electrical equipment products .
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
Client Relations:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, contractors, distributors, consultants, and OEMs in the electrical industry.
Proposal Development:
Prepare compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and technical specifications.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and to support new product launches.
Reporting:
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and all customer-related activity within the CRM system.
Negotiation:
Lead complex negotiations to close deals and secure profitable contracts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 1 years of proven business development or sales experience in the electrical equipment, products, or solutions industry is MANDATORY.
Deep technical knowledge and understanding of electrical products and their applications (e.g., industrial controls, power generation, distribution, or specific equipment type).
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop new accounts.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
