Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients in the hospitality sector, presenting our software solutions, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in the fast-growing hospitality technology industry.

Responsibilities:

? Identify and engage prospective clients within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, etc.).

? Present and demonstrate company software solutions, including PMS, POS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Payment Gateway.

? Drive business growth by achieving defined sales and revenue targets.

? Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

? Conduct daily field visits across the city to meet potential clients in the hospitality sector.

? Pitch and demonstrate software products to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and resorts.

? Generate and convert leads into active clients.

? Build strong relationships with decision-makers and ensure client satisfaction.

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

? Handle remote reporting, lead tracking, and coordination with the internal team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
