Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions/products/services
Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction
Track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline metrics
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and meetings as required
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Requirements:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms
