COVSPACE, a venture of Black Onyx International, is a growing coworking and business community space in Kochi designed to connect professionals, startups, and creative minds. We are looking for an energetic and career-driven female Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting COVSPACE's coworking and meeting space solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to attract startups, freelancers, and corporates to COVSPACE.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Handle client inquiries, tours, and membership conversions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility.

Conduct market research to identify trends and business prospects.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate:

Gender: Female candidates only (Encouraging women with prior work experience to apply).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

Experience: 2-4 years in business development, coworking, real estate, or hospitality sector preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
