Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Business Development Manager

to drive sales and client acquisition for our construction and building projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in

real estate or construction sales

, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and property consultants. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project trends. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations to clients. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the project and marketing teams for smooth execution of client requirements. Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and periodic reports for management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in

sales/business development

in the

construction, builders, or real estate sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent follow-up and closing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
