Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kerala. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, presenting our bespoke designs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
Strong networking and client relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively
Experience in the luxury goods or building materials industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Min exprience in architectural / construction industry
