Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Drive negotiations and close high-value deals.
Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Provide guidance, motivation, and mentoring to the sales team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager (preferably in EdTech or related industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
