Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Business Development Manager
with 2 to 6 years of proven experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be open to international travel and relocation, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and solutions tailored to client needs.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Represent the company in trade shows, conferences, and client meetings abroad.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's-level
education in a business-related discipline, supported by a
finance-oriented MBA
Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development/sales in the
banking, financial services, or insurance industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel internationally and relocate abroad as required.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
